At the end of the century, Satan visits New York in search of a bride. It's up to an ex-cop who now runs an elite security outfit to stop him.
Arnold Schwarzenegger's friend and frequent collaborator appears as one of the thugs who breaks into Jericho's apartment.
We're not afraid to die for our cause.
Jericho Cane: Good, because I'm not afraid to kill you!
Satan says to Jericho that it's considered "God's Will" if something good happens and "He moves in mysterious ways" if something bad happens. It's the opposite. If a loved one dies, friends and others will say, " I guess it was just God's Will." When something miraculously fortunate happens, people who suspect divine intervention say "God moves in mysterious ways."
The Philippine theatrical version completely removes Christine's nightmare sequence in which Satan is seen having sex with mother and daughter. It also edits out some violent scenes such as Satan driving his fist completely through a person's body and the close-up shot of The Man's torso missing after the train wreck.
