A pretty, popular teenager can't go out on a date until her ill-tempered older sister does.
The student Patrick pays off in the hallway is the actual leader of the Lincoln High School marching band mentioned above. The same band is depicted in the marching scene and also recorded the song Patrick sings to.
But she's a mutant! What if she never dates?
Walter Stratford: Then you'll never date. Oh, I like that.
During Patrick and Kat's first conversation, they pass a bench at the side of the field. The scene cuts to Cameron and Michael in the bleachers and Patrick's position has changed. There are also many more people near the bench than in the previous shot.
During the credits there are practical jokes made by cast and crew and also goofs - including scenes that didn't make the final cut.
A scene at lunch where Cameron tells Kat he's sorry he had Pat get paid was taken out. This brings on the next scene where Kat drags Bianca out of class yelling at her for it (part of this can be seen in the bloopers at the end). Than they run into Perky who brings them to her office and tells Bianca that she's the shrew, and Bianca confesses that she didn't know about the money.
