We can glimpse one exposed breast and the woman's vaginal region. This is subdued from the VHS release.

- This are couple disturbing imageries involving what would become the teen protagonist if he continues his drug use, involving dying with gusty features. This might scare some.
- Moderate for neurodivergent viewers.
- The "Smoke" character (representing Marijuana) might be scary to younger children, since he literally looks like a cloud of anthropomorphic smoke, and talks like a shady drug dealer.
