Whoever voted didn't see the film
Or if he did, he hated, personally, the director. Renan is one of the most interesting film directors in Argentina. the first one to get a Oscar Nomination for his country with "La tregua". All his films, specially in those years, if not brilliant, were all quite interesting and intelligent. He had some political problems (unjustified) reason for which he is still hated by a lot of people, But the majority of film lovers in Argentina, value his work far better that whoever voted on this particular film . It is surely a film with a modern story, efficiently narrated and very well acted. In a time when values were different,he was in advance of his time. Absolutely a 7/7.5...if you are an honest viewer
