This was the first film to use the new sound stage constructed at Nettlefold Studios in 1937. This 120 ft x 85 ft x 35 ft stage would be known as 'Stage A.'

When Nettlefold (which was know as Walton Studios at the time) was sold, the stage was dismantled and reconstructed at M-G-M British in Borehamwood. Ready for use in 1962, this became their 'Stage 10.'

When M-G-M British closed, in 1970, the stage was moved to Bray and became Bray's 'Stage 1' officially opened in 1973.
