Typical Leon Errol
Are you a Leon Errol fan? I am - he was one of the funniest men in Hollywood. Here he plays his specialty, a confused drunk (is there another kind?), aided and abetted by Eddie Kane, another long-time Hollywood comedian. It's vintage Errol, with his patented stagger and slurred speech.

The plot summary above gives you an idea, but you gotta see it, especially if you are a fan of his. It begins with a car crash between the two, with Kelly, untouched but stuck between cars. They are both drunk and struggle to understand each other, and Kelly is no help. It is a very funny, very forgotten RKO short, and that's a shame. It lacks votes and reviews and doesn't register yet in this website, but I saw it at Capitolfest, Rome N.Y., 8/16.
