Madame Sue and her Times Square girls had hit a gold mine when the World's Fair in New York opened. The police were unable to cope with the large influx of tourists so the street girls began to flourish. Carney Bill, a shrewd but petty-racketeer, saw a chance to muscle in on this lucrative racket, so he started in by machine gunning one of the girls and her lover to show the other girls he meant business.
His proposition to Madame Sue was simple, 10% of her girls earnings and there would be no more rough stuff. She promised to have a meeting with the girls and let him know. In the meeting the frightened girls decided they would rather fight because they felt that 10% would be just the beginning.
Carney Bill began to crack down. Several more girls were killed by knifings and by strangulation. When the nude body of one of the most popular girls was found hanging from a light fixture the girls decided to fight back. They stole guns and cleverly set up traps to make their protective society work.
They were finally able to capture Carney Bill and castrate him which brought peace again to Times Square.
