Initially, Activision Santa Monica was the developer of the game, but their vision of the game was too ambitious for the Playstation hardware. As a result, Neversoft was brought in, streamlined the game play to be a simple run-and-gun shooter, and changed the concept so that you played as Bruce Willis (originally, Willis was the character's sidekick).

Awesome video game, it's like playing a movie.

Some incredible digitizing went into this game. Willis provides not only a digital clone of himself, but all the voice over with some classic Willis one liners.

Playing this game is like playing a Bruce Willis movie. Absolutely incredible!
