There's no need for THREE FACES OF ANGEL, a long-forgotten attempt to cash in on the popularity in the '80s of this beautiful (too beautiful??) porn star. Compilation has poor sound synch but succeeds in showing the cutie in action.
Format is a scrapbook, with voice-over of a letter to reminisce, and show Angel sex scenes from previous films. That's it, with no attempt at any sort of significance or wrap-up ending.
Footage chosen is routine, quite a bit from the ski resort movie TOO HOT TO TOUCH, so that Kay Parker can give the fans a thrill. The oddest sequence failed to stump me (though it was fairly obscure and a good test): Angel is substituted in new footage (plus re-dubbing) for original actress Jacqueline Giroux who was the person on the phone with John Leslie during his classic casting couch hump with 1-shot beauty Eva Housman, excerpted from Anthony Spinelli's SKIN ON SKIN. If I hadn't seen that film recently I would have been in trouble, but the real question is why bother? Angel as a voice on the phone is hardly memorable, but of course Eva was, so apparently they wanted to reuse her footage somehow and stretched a point in order to shoehorn it into an Angel retrospective.
