President of third-rate football team trying to cheat to hire the most popular Yugoslav pop singer who should perform at the stadium of his club. Her performance would sell a lot of tickets and much much profit it brought President The club failed.

After a series of troubles, singer (Brena) portend Presjednik despicable fraud, but under the onslaught of psychotic love of her fans (Breninih) still comes out on stage and gives the audience a pleasure to remember;)

In between president and outwitting singer hints at the collapse of socialism and the collapse posttitty staff. The socialist model of economic integration man off the pursuit of happiness by mere money. Brenu for Presjednik.
