Standard Comedy
Ka wah Lam stars as Ah Keung, a taxi driver who also races his vehicle. By some strange misunderstanding where he thinks the pretty Elaine (Annie Liu) is a prostitute rather than just a cosmetics saleslady, they get to meet and have a relationship. What follows is watchable but non-essential fluff. There are some comic moments, but its almost insulting the ladies at the store where Elaine works are initially seen as prostitutes. Also, a Japanese guy with a really bad wig gets humiliated, so there is room for some decided non politically correct moments. However, this was 1981 and such things were common, especially in HK films. Again, watchable but ordinary. Its worth watching if you know the actors and like them.
