Experienced Hong Kong film makers go to Thailand and embarrass themselves
Only on "opposite day" would I agree with that title. (Greatest? - nope.) It opens with a fight in the ring. Later the winner is approached by the gangsters to throw a fight. He refuses and is stabbed, kicked, run over, then crawls all the way home before he dies. Tough guy! Mom arrives. Cut to some smart ass looking for a fight at a boxing school gets his smart ass kicked but the teacher is a good guy and welcomes him. Back to mom who has an emergent headache. She needs an operation so our guy enters the ring to win fight money. He wins but it is too late. He continues to fight and win. More important, he is smart enough not to be stabbed like the first fighter. Enter the evil Japanese including Bolo. That was Bolo's worst fight sequence ever.

I loved the irony. The hero refuses to throw a fight and his reason is "I won't cheat the public". Yet the people who made this movie and charged admission for people expecting to see great Thai boxing had no problem cheating the public!

The copy is widescreen format with Chinese and English hard subtitles. Unfortunately these are the solid white subtitles and everyone seems to be wearing a white shirt. The fights in the ring lacked focus, power, and I would go as far to say they lacked simple coordination.
