Third go-round for Jim Powers' goofball porn series has its moments of ingenuity, among the usual round-up of grossness. Some better talent on view certainly helps.
Case in point is Lovette, clearly a figure from the era worthy of some sort of cult status. She is featured in "Garden of Cock", opening segment. She's nude, walking through a forest when a huge dildo on a tree branch begins talking to her. It's the voice of Ron Jeremy (who else would Powers conceivably cast?), and soon the real Jeremy cock is doing its work on Lovette for deep-throat, anal sex and money shot. Certainly something the fans will appreciate, beyond Lovette's wonderfully large ta-tas.
"Pygmy Nation" gives Powers a chance to provide the bad taste he's known for, pairing a white girl (Alex Dane) with horny Black natives. A dwarf actor (Napoleon, not a Black performer) spews gibberish, and a bareback gang-bang erupts, featuring big black dicks including that of Byron Long. Pointless but perfectly attuned to today's (21 years later) fascination with IR action.
Blake Mitchell is an actress with huge breasts (sort of the poor man's Deauxma), featured in "Dildo Reef". This very oddball vignette features lesbian three-way action (featuring scrumptious Devon Shire and Frankie Layne) and scuba gear, nonsensical but interesting to watch.
Finale is called "The Roswell Penetration", adding no-budget sci-fi content to the mix. Set in 1947, it's about alien invasion with some pretty ugly makeup for Raquel Lace getting a d.p. At least the usual generic sex is scrupulously avoided.
So one has to give Powers an E for effort. Like the roadshow exploitation gents of 80 years ago, he provides alternative porn for a jaded audience that's weary of the same old in & out action.
