When Kitana performs her "kiss of death" fatality on Liu Kang, his forearm bands disappear.

When Kitana performs her "kiss of death" fatality on the second player (silver colored) Kitana, her costume changes from silver to blue.
Sub-Zero is misspelled as Subzero in the cast section of the arcade's version end credits.
Jade's costume appears to be "peeling away" in many frames. The peeling away effect exists only where Kitana's costume would be glistening with light; since Jade's fans match her skin color, this is probably because the game went merely by color and not by where the pixels to be changed were located, thus interpreting the shine on her suit the same way as the glistening of her fan blades. This was largely fixed in the SNES version, notably the only port to accurately retain all of Jade's physical attributes (all others fix the issue by not changing the color of her fan blades and mostly leaving her skin the same color as Kitana's).
