This is one of those very British half an hour silent films except for the odd guffaw and such noises.
I am surprised at the lack of reviews for this as it is really good, Ronnie Barker and Ronnie Corbett are both wonderful as they all are.
Well worth digging out this one if you get hold of it, but it is very difficult to get hold of dvd, i could only find an Australian release for this and its follow up "By The Sea".
So if you did enjoy this, 5 years later we had "By The Sea" and Ronnie Barker also made another one of these without Ronnie Corbett called "Futtocks End", Ronnie Barker basically plays the same crusty old Major character in all 3, and if you enjoy 1 you should enjoy all 3.
