Neapolitan Vincenzo LoRusso lives of expedients in Rome, as he tries to sell at an intersection a faux suede jacket, accidentally meets Laura, a beautiful woman who invites him to her house.
this movie about a poor Neapolitan guy that emigrates in Rome to find a job is hilarious. after reading a book about sex written from American experts he manages to work out a profession of it, making himself an expert in sexual matters. the way he stars his job, the sexual problems of the many couples and most of all, the way he solves them are so unreal that the caricature comes to be grotesque and kind of fairy. it never gets rude and even if it is just another Italian comedy of a great period for Italian cinema and the movies of this kind can't be compared with the contemporary "higher" Italian comedies, those with Alberto Sordi and Marcello Mastroianni, it still is the face of what I really enjoy of my people: auto-irony and great humor oh, the protagonist Carlo Giuffrè is a very good actor (sorry for my English... most Italians speak English much worse than me)
