Based on a Delia Fiallo's novel, Marielena is a talented girl of humble origin who falls in love with his rich and married boss, Luis Felipe. Her family and, above all, Luis Felipe's wife, Claudia, are against this relationship. This situation becomes complicated when she gets pregnant.
