A Near-Tragedy
(1912)
Plot Summary
(1)
A vaudeville sketch team is fired by the manager, who says their act is "rotten." In their hotel room that evening, the couple rehearse their act, and the constable, seeing the figures silhouetted against the window shade, thinks murder is being committed. He arouses the sheriff, and they rush to the rescue, only to find the two actors trying to bolster up that "rotten act."
