Classic
It's a simple plot in black and white, rich girl with a young man from the underprivileged and so on. Of course there is a twist in it, it's sad but it can't be helped. By the current standard, the acting may seem a bit corny, but I enjoyed it.
The actors were beautiful, the songs and music are wonderful, very memorable. I like Indian musical movies in general, but the more traditional music is my preference.
This might be the first Indian movie I ever saw. And it could be the start of being fan of the Indian/Pakistan/Middle-eastern music. I highly recommend it for anyone that likes this genre of movies and haven't seen it.
