| Oh god a theatrical play
Social films were made many times in 80's and before too Jeetendra specialized in this genre Those films are more like today's serials and plays

The film has a simple story with lot of clichéd scenes like Pati Parmeshwar and also we have the Kader Khan character who is completely dominated by his wife till the Pre-climax

The film is handled in an old fashioned manner and today it makes you cringe

Towards the end also sequence of events fail to proceed properly there are lot of sudden changes in Shashikala's character and also the typical happy ending

Direction is nothing great Music is nothing great

Rishi Kapoor acts very well as always Govinda too does his part well Farha is okay while Jaya Pradha is bad Kader Khan is as usual, Shashikala annoys Aruna Irani looks too old for the role Ashok Saraf is theatrical
