There's some very mild instances of torture and abuse in scenes involving Vicky. Vicky frequently threatens kids with various weapons and medieval torture devices. Vicky takes pleasure in "torturing" kids and making them miserable, but rarely physically harms them. There's no blood or gore. Injuries heal almost instantly.
Responsible and reliable adults are almost never around. Almost all of the adults in the show are clueless, stupid, gullible or neglectful. Leaving the main child characters to solve their own problems and face dangerous (and potentially deadly) situations alone. Everything is always fine in the end.
There is mainly some dark themes, but they are mainly portrayed in a comical, digestible and slapstick way for kids.
None/Mild in a lot of episodes.

None/Mild for neurodivergent viewers.
For preschool/kids and up.
Timmy's parents are uncaring and neglectful of Timmy in most episodes. Many consider them to be some of the worst cartoon parents ever created.
There's tons of fantastical slapstick and superhero-style violence. All of the violence is extremely cartoonish and therefore hard to take seriously. Most kids ages 5+ should be able to handle it.
