The diabolical Goldsinger, enraged at being excluded from the UN, hatches a plot to blow up the assembly while all the heads of the state participate. Luckily, inept agent James Tont discovers the plot and sets out to stop Goldsinger.
Lando Buzzanca is trying hard to be funny but he is not. Only the scene when crossing the Atlantic Ocean with the propeller in the ass and the briefcase in hand is more successful, more funny. Bruno Corbucci and Giovanni Grimaldi tried to make a parody after "Goldfinger", but the gags are generally weak. In my humble opinion, when you want to make a parody after something, you have to invest a better story than the original subject and you have to use much better actors. Which is not the case with this Tont.
