this film is understandable and enjoyable, but largely unappreciable for anyone who doesn't watch TCM or AMC all day, proving once again what a burden referentialism must be, even when done well.

all the same, it shows most effectively how todd rohal deserves to be fronted the big bucks to make big movies. he's got vision, style, and technique like kevin smith only dreams about.
