Feroz Khan was infamous for having a hair-trigger temper. He once hosted a party at The Oberoi Hotel (now The Trident) and was always known for his parties being the best in the city. At this party to launch his film Qurbani he had asked for the best Scotch to be served. The first two rounds were okay, but during the third, a friend pointed out to him that the waiters were serving Indian whiskey. In a rage, he smashed the entire bar and the glass panes and asked the management to replenish all the liquor at the bar in his presence. He made all the payment for the damage his anger had caused the hotel.
