A disappointing TV Movie
I quite like Helen Slater I've seen her a few times so i tuned in to watch this movie after reading the comments on here and the storyline, I thought it may be okay. Unfortunately it turned out to be another one of these routine women in peril movies. although very similar in plot it was nowhere near as good as "Wait until Dark" with Audrey Hepburn, or even "Blink" with Madeleine Stowe & "Jennifer Eight" with Uma Thurman, I thought all the above movies were better. The Bad guys in "Nowhere in Sight" were stupid morons and the female character had to be blind otherwise she would've outwitted them no problem. The surprise Twist that someone close to her was in with the two crooks was'nt that surprising either. I would have to give this 3/10 if you have something better to do give this a miss, this is only for die hard Helen Slater fans. She even sings on the sountrack (Her singing was a decent effort but forgettable).
