House of 1000 cliches...
Any 15 year old who REALLY likes horror/slasher movies with a tiny bit of visual talent could have made this film. A HUGE disappointment. As for people who think its a cool "throwback" be a cool throwback you have to add something interesting or comment on the movies that came before in SOME way to be a cool throwback. This is a waste of even a fan's time. Nothing new, nothing compelling and it is soooo PUSHED. You can see Zombie in his bedroom as a 13 year old writing the screenplay, wringing his hands sayin' "Yeah, a REALLY hot woman stabbing a girl in a bunny suit, reciting some rhyme noone's heard of ABOUT a rabbit and then...then...THEN she LICKS the blood off the knife! Now THAT is HOT!" It is very clear that this movie didn't have trouble finding a distributor because it was too gory or unnerving it's just a bad, bad movie. Lion's Gate must be in some serious trouble. Someone please burn the negative.
