A seasoned FBI agent pursues Frank Abagnale Jr. who, before his 19th birthday, successfully forged millions of dollars' worth of checks while posing as a Pan Am pilot, a doctor, and a legal prosecutor.
When Frank begins recruiting decoy flight attendants and he is announcing the girls chosen, he uses the actresses real surnames. For example, Miggy Acker is played by actress Amy Acker, Ilene Anderson is played by Jamie Anderson, and so on.

During the engagement party, shots from inside the bedroom show it to be so windy that, when the window is left open, Frank's money is flying everywhere. However, outside shots of the party show it to be a calm night.
In the closing credits, Brian Howe is listed as playing "Tom Fox" and Frank John Hughes is listed as playing "Earl Amdursky". However in the film, Howe played Amdursky and Hughes played Fox. However, this was corrected for the DVD release.
