"La Risa en vacaciones" (literally the laughter on vacations)is a movie that was a hit on simpler times, it relies on camera tricks and the lack of movie knowledge of the main Latin public that was meant to see this movie that can accept that the actors are actually casual bystanders on Mexican beaches tricked by the cast of the movie. This movie consists on many sketches of jokes in a "jackass" way, having half of the movie showing hot women on the beach with slutty lines pretending to be jokes, stereotypes are shown, "practical jokes" are made using "scary" disguises and animals that no one would react in the way the movie is portrayed. this movie was successful because the lack of content that was made for the Mexican public on that time and the complete tolerance of Mexican chauvinism in the 80's and the fact that on those days any rich person with filming equipment had an easy way to put their home movies on the Mexican cinema.

lashpoo9 December 2022I went to watch this movie in the movie theater when I was 11 , I'm surprised my family and I stayed the whole movie. This movie is an actual piece of poop , The acting is absolutely horrible , the script is garbage , And the directing is probably the worse I've ever seen in my whole entire life. La Risa en Vacaciones is one of the worst movies ever made in my Mexican History. Mexico was one of the best film makers back then in the 1940s and 1950s. My family and I had gone to the movies thinking the movie might have been good , But it was the absolute opposite, Please don't watch this garbage.

geragmx376 January 2006This is the kind of films that keep Mexico's film history face down the ground. The film is a stream of sketches à la Candid Camera. Several bystanders and ordinary people are victims of low taste practical jokes. If you think you are gonna get a good laugh with this, think twice. I'm sorry for the people who actually paid money to see this movie; I had the sense that I was another victim of the producers' jokes. Sadily, I couldn't get my money back. Why this director keep filming this kind of trash? I don't know. Despite the failure of the premise, the producers gave us some sequels, each one worst than the previous. If you want to ground your children, lock them up in their rooms, put this VHS or DVD and push Play and throw away the remote and pull off the keys of the player. Mr. Director Cardona You owe me a star.

Some were great some were not so great but overall this videos are perfect for families.
If some were in English maybe they would appeal to others, nonetheless they are very good and most jokes are very original.
The kind of film that has big budget jokes.
I recommend these videos for some one whose looking for very funny pranks and jokes.
I also recommend this videos for some one whose looking to copy some brilliant pranks to play on there friends and family. -

actually this is a very good funny movie. u need a good sense of humor for this kind of movie.
these jokes are very original.
some are a little harsh but overall it's good.
o by the way if the guy didn't like watching the movie then why did he keep on watching the sequels?
it's like scare tactics, people don't expect it which makes it funny.
too bad the series ended because of one of the actors deaths.
