Davey Stone, an alcoholic with a criminal record, is sentenced to community service under the supervision of an elderly referee. Davey is then faced with trying to reform and abandon his bad habits.
The character of Whitey is based on the character Whitey from Adam Sandler's album "Stan and Judy's Kid". He also appeared in Little Nicky (2000).
Whitey, where were you? You're an hour and 51 minutes late. I already called the Morgue. They said you weren't there but to try back later.
After Whitey receives the patch, other recipients tear off their patches and throw them down. They patches land around Whitey, but later disappear.
At the start when the Columbia Pictures logo appears it is Eleanore, then it magically changes to the usual statue.
