Storyline
Deep below the ocean's surface, looms a vast, magnificently high-tech compound: Sealab. A multi-national scientific station with an annual budget in the trillions, dedicated to the research and exploration of man's final frontier - Sealab's crew is charged with exploring the possibility of underwater colonization. As the Earth's surface, by this time, has gotten just generally crowded, hot, and icky. However, as most government-funded agencies usually are, Sealab is manned by a motley collection of malcontents and screw-ups who were unfit for work in the private sector. They really don't get any research done, but instead spend their time bickering among themselves. Or just plain goofing off. The crew have manipulated their luckless leader, Captain Murphy, into submission, and are content to ride the government clock, raking in fat, hazardous-duty paychecks. —Matt Thompson

11 minutes of great entertainment
At first I couldn't believe that a 11 min. show could be so good, but now after watching many episodes of Sealab I've changed my mind. After I watched my first episode I thought it was too all over the place but now I've gotten used to it and it's easier to follow the story. My favorite character is Quinn because he is the most sane on board and he tries to keep the crew from going completely crazy, even though they usually do by the end of the episode. This is just an all-around good show that is going in a direction that I'm happy is being explored. One more thing though, I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing that I can watch an 11 minute show and feel like they could have cut some parts out and made it a better episode.
