The movie takes place over a "few days" while Chuck gets the paperwork signed to get Deeds his money. When Chuck and Cecil pick Deeds up from his hometown to take him to New York, the helicopter lands on bright green turf and folks in town are wearing summer clothes. By the time Deeds leaves New York a short time later, it's winter. Ponds are iced over and the snow is thick on the ground, as if it has been winter for some time.
When Deeds first appears and talks with Marty about his being "sick", Marty has a Pepsi cup on a tray which changes into a beer mug during the course of the conversation.
When Crazy Eyes is eating the pizza, the Oreo on the slice continually changes position throughout the scene.
While Pam/Babe is making her speech at the end, her hair parts from one side to the other and back between shots, and her mic switches hands. The middle shot was apparently flipped to maintain direction of movement during the sequence.
When they visit Pam's house in Winchestertonfieldville, Iowa, the red door changes to blue then back to red.
Preston Blake is airlifted from the top of Mount Everest - around 29,000 feet - above the maximum altitude possible for most helicopters (the air is too thin). No helicopter was able to reach the top of Mount Everest until 2005.
The peak of Everest is not a pointy rock but a curved dome of snow.
The air is so thin atop Everest (and indeed, well below the peak) that running or even moving fast is it of the question, particularly without supplementary oxygen.
With pretty much all footage from "Inside Access", the film is gathered from camera angles not possible with Pam's hidden camera.
When Deeds slides into the table, before he hits it, it has started to break.
Obvious stunt double when Mr. French falls on the table.
Emilio would not have grown up with an accent as his mother died during childbirth. Assuming he always lived with/worked for Preston Blake since he was born, he wouldn't have developed a Spanish/Latin American accent.
In the house in Winchestertonfieldville, when Babe says "And this is the dining room, where we would have our meals..." her lips have stopped moving when she adds "...made of food."
When one of the helicopter pilots turns round to face Deeds, his lips move briefly as thought he is talking, but we don't hear him say anything.
Deeds says, "What's this?" when getting out of bed but his mouth doesn't move.
When Pam throws the pizza dough at Jan you can see a hand and arm to the left of the screen drop the dough on Jans face.
Reflected in the large mirror while Deeds is enjoying his breakfast with Emilio.
The Wendy's shown is not in Connecticut, as mentioned by Marty, but is actually in Carmel, New York, about 10 minutes outside of Connecticut.
When Deeds is rescuing the cats, he saves a few before the characters stop in front of a stove and say that there is only one cat left. As the characters are discussing this, there is a cat in plain sight on top of a stove behind them. They do not save this one, however, since the "last cat" they are talking about is the one on fire under a chair, not this one on the stove.
Deeds gives away the $40 billion to the United Negro College Fund, so there should be no money for Emilio to inherit and then give $1 billion to Deeds.
At the end of the movie, when the shares sale is annulled, Emilio Lopez gives Deeds one billion dollars, but Emilio receives the stock of his father and turns to be the major stockholder in Blake Media, but not cash.
One of Deeds' greeting cards on the bulletin board in the bar says "Your Special". Surely someone (Hallmark?) would have informed him that it should be "You're Special".
