Cameron Grant's DINNER PARTY was a classic porn film, and this sequel is merely competent (the third part helmed by Nicholas Steel(e) is much better).
I didn't expect much with the hack Seymore Butts given an oddball co-director credit (apparently he was in charge of the "erotica" while another hack handled the other aspects of directing), and I was correct. Unlike the other films in this series, there is almost no attention paid to the dinner party itself, just using it as a title excuse for group sex.
Among the male performers, Sean Michaels and Hakan Serbes take center stage. Michaels, who comically is pictured in IMDb with a photo of his white boy wrestling namesake Shawn, is most adept at providing mixed-combo action, particularly in a threesome in a swimming pool. Mr. Marcus also contributes to the "big black dick" component.
Surprise male star here is Hakan Serbes, the goonish looking leading player of innumerable Joe D'Amato Italian sex videos, also bringing a sizable package to the proceedings.
Femme talent is plentiful, including another useful European import Kelly Trump, plus Midori and the always scene-stealing Lisa Ann. With such a large cast to handle, and the camera moving about to capture couples and troilism participants within the overall orgy, erstwhile superstar Tom Byron gets lost in the shuffle.
