Oh my God, WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!
"Sometimes, I wish Steven Spielberg was taken..." to paraphrase an opening quote to this wasteful piece of cliches that should have taken about 45 minutes to summarize instead of 10 LONG hours.

The effects are beyond cheesy, the X-Files references without the classy intellectuality, etc etc etc. The little aphorism-quotes reading like a 6th-grade report - and read with the same conviction as well.

I mean, what happened here? Is Spielberg in another planet and cannot be reached for comment? How can anyone assume that a film-maker of his gifts could be so out of tune with reality and what is currently acceptable as entertainment?

The writing of the series is appalling - and that's during the GOOD parts - and the treatment of this subject is juvenile.

Artificial, out of touch, tasteless, intellectually unstimulating, patronizing and just plainly awful.
