Teresa lives with her family consisting of her grandfather, her mother and her little brother: She is a Roman young girl whose life, like all its peers, is composed of friends, and a job at a CDs store that allows to maintain her spending and her motor. One day, while working, is to serve the Prince Alfonso, heir to a tiny duchy that had escaped from a major event concerning the high office of his country. From that moment, the prince decides he wants to become a boy like all the others, tired of his life as a palace, he falls in love with Teresa which, however, says nothing of his true origins. After various adventures and scandals, the two will get married and Teresa will become princess, just like a modern fairy tale.

The dumb tale

This Italian movie was a direct-to-video. The main actress, Ambra Angiolini, was well known at the time in TV entertainment, because she hosted a crappy TV show for teenagers called "Non è la rai". Back to the movie, there was not too much to say. Terrible acting (Angiolini: Cool guy, better than Brad Pitt - what a quote!), the only actress who deserves to be mentioned is Milena Vukotic. Luckily for Ambra, her way of acting has improved greatly over time and right now she's an admired actress. The plot is absurd: it is related to a poor teenager who is looking for prince charming; finally she finds him without knowing his roots: he's noble but he's broke, LOL! Please, little girl, come across someone else, don't be a fool.

My personal assessment: 0; IMDb doesn't allow me to cast such a vote, so I give the movie a good 1.
