In an episode, Geoffrey Owens played Eddie's father who didn't get along with his mother. Geoffrey Owens is best known for his role on The Cosby Show as Elvin (1984-1992), Raven Symone is also known for her role as Olivia Kendall on The Cosby Show. This was a mini reunion for the two ex-castmates.
