Dave Buznik is a businessman who is wrongly sentenced to an anger management program, where he meets an aggressive instructor.
At the bar where Chuck (John Turturro) is trying to get over the fact he was fired from his ice cream man job, the song "Ice Cream Man" by Van Halen is playing.
Nancy: What are you doing in the ladies room Dave?
Dave Buznik: I heard you have cleaner seats than we do, so I wanted to see for myself.
Nancy: Not after I'm through with them.
In Yankee Stadium, when Dave attempts to run out and take over the P.A. microphone, the mic shown on the stand is a popular news mike - an Electro-Voice 635 - a wired mike, with no cord plugged into it. However, when he actually gets out there, and takes the mike off the stand, it's a Samson wireless mike, with the little antenna sticking out the back.
There are no credits for actors, directors, producers, etc. at the start of the film.
In the TV version, Chuck's line "Oh, sorry. That's a letter I'm writing to Geraldo Rivera" is changed to "Oh, sorry. That's a letter I'm writing to my father."
