I was deeply surprised, how good, this erotica softcore film was. The movie even had a plot. Directed by John Quinn, the movie is about a young advertising executive Katherine Phillips (Holly Sampson) whom been put in charge of landing a new account, but her supervisor, Cindy La Conte (Angela Nicholas) wants to take the account away from Katherine, and claim the success for herself. Cindy does everything she can do to stay on top of her business, even if she has to do seductive means to do so. While, the plot isn't in the Mad Men 2007's TV Series level of greatness. It did had a pretty interesting plot with a lot of twist and turns. Not only that, it was indeed a pretty hot erotica softcore film. The women are all pretty hot, in the film. They also did a pretty alright job in acting. The men in the film, not so much. It's really good considering the genre. The women in the film were really given some interesting characters traits, and some depth. Glad, they're not in their usual Playboy stereotypes, where they only exist to be sex toys. I was deeply surprise to see Angela Nicolas of 2004's Deadwood, TV Series fame, here, because she went on, to bigger and greater things since this movie. I guess, she had to start out, somewhere. She was pretty hot in her sex scenes, but you can tell that aged was coming up. Her face look it had work to make her look younger. As of this writing, she's still starring in a lot of erotica softcore films. Most of the sex scenes were pretty damn sexy. Six scenes are straight male-to-female scenes, one scene is a one-female-masturbating shower scene, and another scene is a lesbian scene. There are three male actors and six female actresses that grace these scenes. One of the male actor, Danny Pape as Jake, get way too many lucky scenes in the beginning of the film, and it felt so repetitive. Three sex scenes with him, in the first 40 minutes. I was really deeply, getting tired of seeing his butt, around. The main actress is Holly Sampson is always great and sexy. She probably most famous playing the title role in the Emmanuelle 2000 series of films and being one of several women linked to professional golfer Tiger Woods's marital infidelities. She has the looks, but she looks like she had work done in her face as well. The person that look natural is Sasha Peralto AKA Sasha Rochelle. She was able to show the charm, and innocent type role here. She is the incredibly beautiful and gorgeous brunette. Still, my favorite scene in the movie had to be that toss-away sex scene with Leila Hashemzadeh. She was stunning. I was deeply disappointed that she didn't come back to the film after that. There isn't a lot of sex scenes that doesn't related to the plot, but there was one scene that really slow the pace, down, which is the lesbian massage scene. It wasn't really needed. Despite that, that scene alone is pretty much not soft-core at all. You really get to see a lot of the women bodies here. A lot of pussy & anal shots. It's really explicit in its coverage of the female anatomy. Playboy really pushed the limits of softcore in that one, so many close-ups and pink rear close-ups. For a movie that is supposed to be soft-core, you do see a lot of lousy done shots, during sexual penetration scenes, where you see a lot of glimpse of penis entering the vagina. Most of the simulated sex scene were a little too short for my taste, and repetitive. Like how many times are they're going to show sex in a shower and pool? The film has some really bad editing. I liked this film, although I have saw better. The production values are also quite high, with a nice variety to the settings. Still, it was indeed odd, that they kept showing the outside of Cindy's office location, when I know full-well, that it's not. It's funny because in real life, that building is a Metro Bus-station. The 87 minute movie was produced by Indigo Entertainment for Cinemax, Show-times, and Playboy TV. It is there, if you want to find it. If not, you can find the DVD. Overall: I can recommend this movie to any potential viewer who wants to see it. It's in my top ten list of good soft-core erotica films.
