  • Extremely intelligent, extremely fun RPG with a cast of interesting characters. Unique battle system found throughout all Dragon Warrior games is in first-person view(rest of game is third-person) looking at the monsters. Battles are quickly fought, and never repetitive. Spells and creatures are animated within battle, giving them a fresh feel from the games on the NES, which just had the monsters flash when they attacked you. Lots of dialogue(though never boring). Lots of quests, and numerous sidequests. Game is long in length(about 100 hours, if you're lucky), and most likely around 120 hours or more. Worth every penny I spent on it, and I've played it twice before.

Final Grade: A+ Rating: Teen for mild language, mild violence and suggestive themes.
