She hasn't been entirely silent.
This woman was interviewed several times regarding her involvement with Hitler. There was a 1999 film featuring basically an extended interview with her. In 1974 there was a lengthy TV series called "The World at War" for the BBC narrated by Sir Lawrence Olivier, wherein she describes in some detail the last days of the Third Reich with Hitler in his bunker. She seemed, at that earlier time, rather sympathetic to the man and saddened by what it seems she saw as a tragic ending to this man's life.
