Set in the 1960s, this British medical drama follows the staff and patients of St Aidan's Royal Free Hospital.
The building used for the setting of the hospital (externally) is actually a residential property on Scarborough's south cliff esplanade. It's split into flats and cottages.
Life is very short, and very fragile. It's easy to let it go by and suddenly find that all the things you meant to do just never got done. When you're young, you think you've got forever. But you're dead for a very long time. That's all.
