Wikke & Rasmussen originally shot a few commercials entitled "Sengeløse Sygehus" to be used within a segment of Tonny Toupé show (1985). The segment was abandoned during the very end of the production period, and instead the writers/directors came up with the neo-noir spoof entitled "Klap-I-Olsen". A year later, though, the commercials turned up in the "Tannhäuser" comedy drama in Sonny Soufflé chok show (1986).
For the Danish R2 DVD release in 2004 a few songs were re-recorded due to copyright reasons, including Vangelis's theme from Blade Runner (1982) (used for the neo-noir opening in "Klap-I-Olsen"). Michael Wikke and 'Steen Rasmussen' also had to redo their voices in a those scenes. A short featurette (entitled 'Tilbage til Tonny & Sonny') featured on the DVD shows the dubbing process.
