I have a copy of the pilot episode. If this show had aired in 2002, it would have been either widely accepted or else quickly overshadowed by the OC. It's a great story of a family of septuplets who live in the hotel that their parents own and operate. The pilot takes place on their 16th birthday. There were perhaps a few too many sub-plots to handle. For example, the one girl bribing the other to lose her virginity, a wedding taking place/being ruined, one of the boys trying to take over running the hotel/trying to sell it, two of the boys filming everything and causing trouble, and the necessary back story. The show appears to revolve around one of the septuplets, Hope. Hope acts as a narrator and sort of introduces you to everybody and everything in the plot. I'm not sure if they meant to keep her as the narrator throughout the rest of the season, but I think it would have been stronger to have a different septuplet "host" each episode. Overall, I enjoy the show and think it could have been a very big success, had some of the subplots been removed or reworked, also reducing the number of siblings could have helped.
