the film mainly shows Inder Kumar and not Sanjay Dutt because all the film its his love story. The film also stars some big stars like Aditya Panscholi,Gulshan Grover and Mohan Joshi. The film does have some good action scenes like the ending and the introduction of Sanjay Dutt but the rest of the film is a load of crap like how does the girl fall for Inder Kumar?and how did Sanjay become Aditya's best shooter?still some questions are unanswered. The songs were not bad like the first and second were the best the rest were OK,the performances were OK to but the main credit has to go to Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Panscholi they made the film look good and gave the film a lot of backup.People only watch this film around 11pm on a Saturday
  • "Bollywood"'s cocktail version of Robert De Niro's 1993 masterpiece "A BronxTale". Even scenes that make no sense in an Indian setting have been plagiarized. And plagiarizing does not end in the storyline. The song numbers on screen are neither hum-worthy nor visually appealing. All you can do is keep guessing which songs they resemble. And possibly except for one, the other numbers are eminently forgettable.

THe characters all seem misfits, except Sanjay Dutt. Monisha's role is an obvious afterthought with few appearances that hardly make an effect on the movie. The heavy multilayer suits in the humid Bombay weather complement the dumb screenplay.
  • I can't believe that Bollywood writers have the ability to sleep at night knowing that they are ruining great films. The entire plot was the same as a Bronx Tale and a majority of the film made no sense at all. The acting was horrendous and the characters were all unbelievable. To start off with the cast was chosen incorrectly and the editing was also off.

The storyline was hard to follow as every 20 minutes there would be a pointless song, which had absolutely no effect on the storyline.

If you ended up enjoying this film (for what ever reason you may have) then I suggest you watch the film "Josh".

    Warning: Spoilers
The film is a remake of Robert Deniro's THE BRONXTALE but the handling is typical Indian style. The film has an interesting story however the handling isn't as good and there lot of clichés and forced songs. The romance track between Inder Kumar and Tina Sen is not good, another drawback is Sanju's typecast in gangster roles, the film released just after KHAUFF which too had him play the same role.

Direction is not too great Music is okay, some songs are melidious like Tumhhi Ko Chahta Hai and others

Sanjay Dutt as I said has done too many gangster roles yet he does a good job, Inder Kumar is awful, this actor cuts a sorry picture, Aditya Panscholi is terrific and does a good job, Tina Sen is awful too, Manisha Koirala has too short a role, Gulshan Grover is as usual Shivaji Satham is good, rest are okay
  • Warning: Spoilers
Baaghi is an action drama film directed by Rajesh Kumar Singh and stars Sanjay Dutt, Manisha Koirala, Aditya Pancholi, Late Inder Kumar, Tina Sen, Shivaji Satam, Mohan Joshi and Gulshan Grover.

A boy who is supported by a local goon, the goon is working for a gangster. Things take a turn when the boy falls in love with that gangster's sister and the goon vows to make the couples meet by rebelling against the gangster.

I am still not been able to understand the main context of the film. Was it a gangster film or a love story or a story of a goon with a good heart or a good brother with a bad heart. The film crushes under its own expectations and in the end heads nowhere and turns to be another predictable mess.

The direction of the film is bad and music is equally bad, you'll not be able to remember the song once the film is over. The songs also keep coming from nowhere and are no where visually appealing.

Acting is average to bad as Sanjay Dutt who has played many such roles and was good in the film. Aditya Pancholi was also decent. Inder Kumar and Tina sen were extremly awful. Shivaji Satam was impressive. Gulshan Grover was average and Mohan Joshi was decent. The casting of Mohan Joshi still confuses me because at the start of the film he was shown very strong and it seems that he will be playing a significant role in the film but all of a sudden his character suddenly vanishes without a trace.

The cinematography was average, editing is bad and climax is equally bad. Should only be watched by the die hard fans of Sanjay Dutt.

Some aspects might come off as cringe but still better than the Baaghi franchise ft. Tiger Shroff
