(at around 49 mins) When Castle first steals Saint's money, the millions of dollars are all in bundles of hundred dollar bills and are placed in a large cart. However, in the next scene when Castle dumps the money onto the streets from the high-rise window, all of the bundles are separated and the individual bills float down to the street. There is no way that Castle had time to unwrap all of the bills and then throw them out the window.
The Marvel Comics logo features comic-book images of the Punisher in its pages; after it fully forms, it is shot three times and "bleeds" white paint which forms the Punisher's skull, and the film's title.
