At college Paige meets Eddie, a fellow student from Denmark, whom she first dislikes but later accepts, likes, and loves; he proves to be Crown Prince Edvard. Paige follows him to Copenhagen, and he follows her back to school with a plan.
During the release of this movie, the real heir to the Danish throne, Kronprins Frederik, married his Australian fiancee Mary Donaldson, a commoner, later known as Kronprinsesse Mary.
Today marks a profound and bittersweet milestone for all of us, as we bear witness to both an end and a beginning. And while we must continue on, we must also be grateful to have been blessed with someone who has so ably guided us to where we are ...
When Eddie is asking Paige to a party (just before he gets rejected), the vertical bar in the railing Paige is standing behind moves from shot to shot of Paige, and is completely missing from the shots of Eddie.
