  • Warning: Spoilers
I was not sure if I had included spoilers or not so just to be safe i put up the warning.

I came across this film one day while surfing around the internet. IT's a stop motion animation about a man who is simply minding his own business one dark night until he comes across this box along the side of the road. He is curious and examines the box only to find a pair of eyes peeking out of the slit. THis frightens him very much.

Brilliantly animated in stop motion, and well edited "The Box Man" Tells a story of paranoia. It tells a story of what we do to keep safe, and of what a man is capable of when cornered. The Light tone is just right to tell the story and the characters are sculpted beautifully. I Suggest you find it, it is somewhere on the internet, i forget where. it is an interesting film. my vote 9/10
  • Inspired by the novel of Kobo Abe, it reminds Kafka. A town in rain. A man to the home. Near his house- a cardbox and from it - starred eyes. Victim of a sort of spy, he reacts in brutal manner. Giving the only reasonable answer to his gesture of angry. Beautiful animation, well crafted short film.
