The leading man was a splitting image of Red Sox shortstop Nomar Garciapara. Gals were hot and did not appear to have much plastic surgery. Had a plot that was interesting and setting/scenery made it very watchable. If the guys in this film got paid for wrestling with the 2 hot blonds they should be thanking God every minute. Well done and worth a late nite viewing on Cable.
  • As everyone else has mentioned it makes a nice change watching a soft core porn film that seems silicone free , but as with all these type of movies there`s not much of a story involved

The only outstanding thing about FORBIDDEN is the presence of Renee Rea . It sounds really weird but Ms Rea face wise resembles a slightly chubbier slightly older Britney Spears . See this movie if you don`t believe me

    Warning: Spoilers
The title speaks for itself really, all behaviour that goes on during this film is forbidden to others. I only wanted to see this film for the mention of the amount of sexual and nudity references. I didn't realise it was the same director of my favourite porn film, Allyson is Watching! Anyway, I can't really remember much of the story, but I think it was a girl, Renee Rea with large and desirable breasts, having lots of sex with her work mate whatever his name is. I'm not sure, but there might of been a lesbian scene between Rea and Tracy Ryan. I hope I'm right. A very good film, not as good as Allyson is Watching, but still very watchable. Good!
  • A man finds some nookie on the eve of getting married, cut to 3 years later and the guy's best friend invites him and his wife to a rented house to introduce his new fiance whom happenes to be said nookie that was gotten all those years ago. But things may not be what they seem in the great soft porn. After nights of reviewing mediocre (at best) soft-core. I stumbled across this. and I loved it. All the woman are VERY beautiful, but Renee Rea is hands-down (my pants) STUNNING!!! You must rent this one. Rennee MAKES this movie great

The Goods: 12 sex scenes (M/F, M/F/F); Renee Rea and Tracy Ryan give all they got, various stippers show T&A and below

Babe of the movie: without a doubt Renee Rea..OMG!!! of course if I could mix Renee's head with Tracy's bod...

where i saw it: Cinemax in HD

    My Soft-Core Grade: A-
  • 1st watched 3/22/2003 - 2 out of 10(Dir-Robert Kubilos): Typical sex-filled, lack of story genre. The best part of the movie was that some of the sex scenes appeared like they were really doing the real thing. When this is all you can say about a movie's quality then there are some real problems with the storyline. And yes, there are multiple problems with the story. Not just that is pretty basic and predictable but that they actually made some mistakes at the end that made the storyline not believable. These movies were probably never go away, which is a shame.

Forbidden is a softcore film that gets praised a lot as one of the "must haves", but it's difficult to find a copy. I didn't think that the film lived up to all the hype, but it is still a good softcore film and a worthwhile purchase.

The movie gets off to a great start. There are a couple of scenes from a bachelor party where two strippers show off their beautiful bodies. This is followed by three boy/girl scenes and one boy/girl/girl shower scene. At this point, you're just short of the halfway point in the film. However, instead of keeping the momentum going, the film stumbles at this point. There are only two more full sex scenes for the rest of the film. There's still a lot of nudity and some "sort of" sex scenes, but none of it generates much heat.

So you end up with six scenes. All of them are good, and two of them are fantastic. There's some interesting locations, good camera work, very explicit shots, and the actors and actresses are always audible.

There are two women who are the focus of most of the movie (Tracy and Renee). Both are beautiful and give great performances. There are three more women, who are all also beautiful, but we only see them briefly.

This thing could have been really great. It only runs for 83 minutes. All the "sort of" scenes could have been developed into full sex scenes and the film still would have come in at only 90 minutes. I would have liked to see better use of the other women.

This is good, but there are many other softcore films out there that are better, and easier to acquire.
  • Taken in context of its genre, this is one of the best "straight to video, soft core" movies I've ever seen. Renee Rea is frankly stunning and the rest of the cast was surprisingly good all around. Yes, typically these movies are just a collection of sex scenes loosely tied together by a weak plot line but this movie actually has an interesting premise, well written scenes with good production values and performances in which the actors all seemed very natural. And honestly, the sex scenes are HOT! Which is really kinda important in this type of movie. Academy award winner? No. But again, compared to others of its type, top notch.

I really loved watching this movie. Renee Rea is extremely hot and cute at the same time. I love the story line and the action is even better. There are loads of sex scenes in the movie. I would all of the sex scenes are great. But the all the Renee Rea ones are awesome. This movie has turned me into a Renee Rea fan. A BIG ONE!!! Hope you guys enjoy this movie. I certainly did. Cheers.... FC

  • I would simply put this movie as one of the finest soft core movies made in the recent times and the credit would definitely go to one pretty lady and she is none other than Rene Rea....Wow...What should i say about her?she is simply mind blowing in this movie and i really wonder what she is doing in soft core B grade movies.....She would definitely give the A grade Hollywood actresses a run for their money easily...She is stunningly gorgeous and i have become a huge fan of her after watching this movie...and there is another lady called Tracy Ryan....She too is beautiful and has a very hot body..I think Ryan's hot body and Rene's cute face complement this movie wonderfully well and they both have set this movie on fire.....must say one of the best soft core movies i have seen in my life....My rating - 8/10(easily)

"Forbidden" is a solid piece of softcore that starts off very good, gets even better as the film goes along, but fizzles out toward the end.

We begin at a bachelor party. Jason (Dillon Silver) is about to get married tomorrow, and he's getting quite a show from the two strippers dancing in front of him. However, there's a special surprise for him in the form of Monique (Renee Rea, aka Samantha McConnell), a woman he meets at the party and instantly connects with, in more ways than one. They end up going back to a hotel room to have sex. He wakes up the next morning, leaving her behind and vowing never to tell his future wife about it.

The action moves ahead, three years later. Jason is now married to Lisa (Tracy Ryan, quickly moving up on my list of favorites), and they're off to take a romantic trip to a cabin in the mountains. Accompanying them on the trip is Jason's friend, Andy (softcore regular Jason Schnuit) and his new girlfriend, Nikki (also Renee Rea). Upon meeting Nikki, Jason realizes he's met her somewhere before...and so does she.

This a good time for a spoiler alert....here's your warning.

As the rest of the story unfolds, Jason and Nikki rekindle the relationship they never had while keeping their significant others out of the loop. The dialogue sometimes gets over-dramatic, but they didn't quite go into "Married People, Single Sex" territory. At the end, two startling secrets are revealed and threaten to break up both relationships. Nikki is actually a call girl, hired by Andy to sleep with Jason as a "wedding gift." Andy remembered the kind of girl Jason liked and brought her on the trip to "jog the ol' memory." Furthermore, Andy and Lisa used to date--although Lisa tells Jason it was before they even got together. Lisa and Jason separate soon afterwards. In the final few moments, Lisa goes home alone, as well as Jason, leaving Jason and Nikki to re-introduce themselves to each other and start anew.

Although the dramatic portions of the movie sometimes overpowered the other stuff, the sex scenes weren't too bad. Tracy Ryan has a couple of good ones that show off her body well. Renee wasn't very energetic in her sex scenes, and it contributed to a less-than-stellar performance in that category.

In total, I thought the movie got a bit out of hand with the dramatic scenes, to a point where they stopped being effective and started being comical. It detracted from the whole film and kept it from getting an A. I consider "Forbidden" to be a solid film and tapeworthy, but it was missing a few things that probably would have made it great.

Women: B+ (Tracy Ryan and Renee Rea are it when it comes to female characters. Tracy Ryan gets most of this grade, although Renee Rea has a "teenage girl" kind of quality to her.)

Sex: B (Solid sex scenes, but nothing too spectacular. A couple of them looked pretty uninspiring. Tracy Ryan has the best ones.)

Story: B- (I liked the basic premise once I got to the end of the film. This fact also contributes to the final grade, in that the ending had something to do with the beginning. Logical storyline progression in a softcore film? That's unheard of! However, the over-the-top dramatic acting and some questionable dialogue get some points taken off.)

Overall: B (It makes the honor roll, but not Top 10 material. Tracy Ryan is quickly moving up my Top 10 list with each movie I see her in. She's not bad. Renee Rea was okay, too, but not quite as good as Tracy. The sex scenes were alright and the story didn't have any gaping plot holes in it, although it does have some cheesy dialogue. In short, "Forbidden" is a solid Skinemax movie with too much drama and not enough good sex scenes.)
  • This movie is a must for Renee Rea fans. It is by far her best film. This is a B movies with lots of sex but it actually has a very good story behind it. The story starts with a man at his bachelor party, lots of strippers and drinking going on except for the guest of honor who appears to be bored with the party. So he decides to go outside and meets this incredibly hot looking girl, Nikki (Rea). Now in most movies of this type, the two would immediately hop in bed but they don't, they go to the roof top and drink and talk some and then he walks her back to her room, and eventually the two have hot and steamy sex. Flash forward to 3 years later, the bachelor is now married and his best friend invites him and his wife to stay the weekend with him and his new fiancée. As you might expect the fiancée is Nikki although she is now going by the name of Monique. Now those of you who are use to this type of movie might think you can guess the plot from here and parts are predictable but other parts are not and the ending blew my mind - I never expected it. This movie is an outstanding Renee Rea movie, Tracy Ryan is also very good in the movie. The only negative about this movie is the acting or lack there of, by the two male stars. It was not good at all. You should feel some kind of emotion for the guy conflicted between his wife and the girl he constantly fantasizes about, but you don't. Despite that, Renee Rea is worth seeing in this movie. If you are a Tracy Ryan fan, you will also not be disappointed.
  • this girl, in my humble opinion, is more beautiful than Britney. She has a much sweeter vibe.. this movie is a must simply to see what I'm talking about. i would do anything to meet this girl and be in her presence.. anyone so lucky as to know this girl should be on the internet making a webpage for her. not necessarily an adult site - as her face is so stunning.. not to rule it out, either. i am disappointed to find that i cant even find a single picture of her on the internet.. no still frames from her movies or anything. i haven't been looking but for a few minutes but i assumed she would be very easy to look up. if you're reading this and you still aren't going to make an effort to see this woman, stop hesistating and do it.

'Forbidden' is about the best soft-core movie I have seen in some time. Expectations are usually quite low from this genre, but on that scale, the film scores, and scores big-time.

Our protagonist walks out of a bachelor party before his wedding by his friends, but meets a girl with whom things seem to click all at once, and they have a great one-night-stand.

Cut to three years later, and the happily married couple are on a weekend getaway, with a friend, when it turns out the friend's companion is the same woman he'd met before the wedding! What unfolds is nice set of situations, sometimes embarrassing, sometimes funny, but never boring. The sex scenes are quite tasteful, and the soundtrack complements them in an amazing way. Some of the songs are worth storing as mp3s! Tracy Ryan as the happy wife gets most of the scenes, and she does great, but Renee Rea is someone you'd like to check up on the Net immediately after the movie. She is, in a word, cute. The fact that her acting leaves a lot to desire, does not in any way take away her young, fresh beauty, where Ms. Ryan does appear tired in some of the scenes.

The guys are both good, and the sensible storyline does not let things get out of hand. None of the scenes are senseless, and one never gets the fast-forward-for-the-scenes feeling, which usually comes after 10 minutes after the start in movies of this genre.

My score: 8/10 largely for non-nonsensical story, if you see what I mean, and for Renee Rea.
  • Watched the flick on Cable. I thought I was OK. Not the best but still better than A LOT better than many other late night flicks I have watched. As another messenger noted, the sex scenes were great. The acting was better than fair.. Picture overall was great for what it was. I don't think I would pay to see it in the theaters...lol...however, it did what it needed to do for me.

Ok, first of all, i watched many early 2000 and later (2010) softcore or erotic movies, and many of them are very stupid acting , performance and even story plot, they just focus on sex scenes. But here this, its also about story and sex.

I also really like the ending, as most "cheating spouse" movies or softcore movies has very bad ending. but here it concludes very good.

A "soon to be marry" man found a very attractive woman at bechalour party and then had one night stand. later he married his wife , later 2 years they went for a vacation with his best friend place who also going to marry , where he finds out that his fiance is that same woman who he had one night stand. feelings restored and movie gets excited.

    --------------spoilers------------

i really thought that his wife is really good n faithful until she went with husband's best friend to store and they had sex in car. i was like wtf? . and later she revealed that she had sex with him few times before married. because she was bored n lonely? . but then why she had sex again in car? ...so it revealed she was bad unfaithful . and husband dump her in the end and go for hired hooker.
