    Storyline

    Edit
Blade finds himself alone surrounded by enemies, fighting an up hill battle with the vampire nation and now humans. He joins forces with a group of vampire hunters who call themselves the Nightstalkers. The vampire nation awakens the king of vampires Dracula from his slumber with intentions of using his primitive blood to become day-walkers. On the other side is Blade and his team manifesting a virus that could wipe out the vampire race once and for all. In the end the two sides will collide and only one will come out victorious, a battle between the ultimate vampire who never knew defeat, facing off against the greatest vampire slayer. —jay

    Did you know

    Edit
    • Trivia
When he was asked what it was like working with Wesley Snipes on this film, Ryan Reynolds said sincerely that "I never met Wesley Snipes on this film, not for a second. I only met Blade."
    • Goofs
(at around 1 min) As the vampires get out of the helicopter in Iraq one holds an M60 Light Machine Gun, a belt fed weapon, but the weapon does not have an ammunition link going into it. There are no belts of ammo anywhere on the vampire and nowhere for him to carry it. Why carry a weapon with no ammunition?
    • Quotes

Danica Talos: Enough! It's not funny anymore!

Hannibal King: No, it's not, you horse-humping bitch! But it will be a few seconds from now. See, that tickle that you're feeling in the back of your throat right now?

[Asher, Jarko, and Danica start coughing]

Hannibal King: That's atomized colloidal silver. It's being pumped through the building's air conditioning system, you cock-juggling thundercunt!

      [Jarko and Asher cough harder]

Hannibal King: Which means the fat lady should be singing, right... about... now!

      [pause where nothing happens]

Hannibal King: Heh, this is awkward.

      [still nothing]

Hannibal King: Do you have a cell phone?

    • Crazy credits
There's a quick scene at the end of the credits of Blade speeding off to the next battle.
    • Alternate versions
The Unrated Edition reinserts 2 major scenes amounting of 10 minutes. The first one is an exchange between Drake and Danica where both shared their past including Drake being 'there' during the crucification. He then seduces her. The other one is right after the final fight between Drake and Blade. The doctors were about to perform an autopsy on Blade when he just simply gets up as if 'resurrected' and leaves the morgue. However, the fate of the doctors were not revealed.

These special effect guys have played one too many video games
I was never really into the Blade movies or stories from the comic books, but my mom is a huge fan. We have a Pomeranian, and I remember her calling me and screaming about how Blade: Trinity had a vampire Pomeranian in it, I just started laughing and couldn't believe it. But she kept on asking me to watch it with her, because no one else would, so finally I sat down and watched it, and I couldn't believe my eyes, a vampire Pomeranian!

Blade has been set up by humans who were pretending to be vampires, so now everyone thinks he is a murderer and has become the most wanted man in America. When the Feds get ahold of him, a group of humans help Blade escape and together they must find Dracula to stop him from creating the ultimate vampire. Of course, you know, that's not going to be easy since Dracula reminds you instead of a smooth talking Romanian as a Predator wanna be!

While Blade: Trinity has some great action like always, it just seems like the whole special effects just revolved around video games of today. But I would recommend Blade: Trinity for vampire lovers, action lovers, or well, you get the idea. I just at least wanted to watch it, because, there is a vampire Pomeranian! Crazy, I know! But it was so cool to see and I will never doubt my mom again.
