A small wooden box arrives on the doorstep of a married couple, who know that opening it will grant them a million dollars and kill someone they don't know.
While Norma is watching TV, you see a Native American man weeping in sadness. This is in reference to an anti-littering commercial from the 1970s.
You never really believed in Santa Claus, did you?
Walter Lewis: Not really. You should've come up with a better story than a fat guy coming down the chimney. It's so illogical.
Arthur Lewis: And illegal.
Walter Lewis: It's breaking and entering.
They stop for a Santa standing in the middle of the road ringing a bell. Santa is brightly illuminated by their headlights. After the truck hits them they go back to Santa, still ringing the bell and still illuminated by their headlights.
