Extreme Makeover (2002–2007)

This is an interesting reality show where three people featured in each episode are chosen to receive a makeover that will transform their physical self. Such transformation includes, as the IMDb summary states, plastic surgery, lasik surgery, cosmetic dentistry, hair, makeup and fitness.

The before and after transformation are breathtaking as you see average joes and plain janes, low in self-esteem and very insecure, gain the confidence they need after transforming themselves into better physical and mental shapes, gaining a more elegant-looking wardrobe and getting a better hairdo. It's really one of the greatest transformations I've seen on TV!
